DEMOCRATIC WOMEN OF SANDOVAL COUNTY

 

Regular Meeting Wednesday, June 6, 2007, 6:30 PM

 

You are invited to the June meeting of the Democratic Women of Sandoval County. We will meet on June 6 in the social hall of the Unitarian Universalist Westside Congregation at 1650 Abrazo (corner of Inca – south of Northern, west of Unser) in Rio Rancho. Come at 6:30 to meet and greet prior to the meeting at 7:00. Water, tea, coffee and light refreshments will be served. Bring snacks or desserts to share (finger food please) if you wish. Our program this month will be presented by Mike Eisenfeld with the San Juan Citizens Alliance. Mike will give a video and slide presentation of the proposed Desert Rock utility plant and other sources of pollution in the Four Corners Area. Eleanor Bravo, a Democratic Woman, was involved in the filming and is an active member of the Alliance. Come see why Eleanor is so passionate about this cause!  

 

Come join together to make your voices heard in the Democratic Party. Join an issues focused group. Register voters or help with the Storehouse West food drives. Let’s do our part to win the next national, state and local elections! Bring your friends, neighbors, co-workers and anyone else who is interested. Men are welcome to join.
